TUGGERANONG VIEW CLUB
The Tuggeranong Day View Club meets on
the third Tuesday of each month. Guest
speaker is Brian Heath from COTA. He is the
Housing Options Advisor for older
Australians. He will discuss housing options
for over 50s who need help. A two course

WALKING IN CANBERRA
Joining a regular walking program is a
simple and enjoyable way of life. In Winter,
Walking for Pleasure conducts walks at 9.30
am on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday. Walks are between one
and two hours long. You can choose walks
appropriate for your level of fitness from the
weekly schedule. Walks are planned for
various locations around Canberra.

THE BELCONNEN WOMEN'S GROUP
The group is looking for some more women to
join our group. Their age group is around 60
years, and they have morning teas, outings
and guest speakers. Meet on Thursday
mornings during school terms, at the
Belconnen Community Centre, Meeting Room
