must be clearly stated.

• General solid waste of up to 70,000 tonnes/year

The Development Application and accompanying Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) may be inspected at Council s Sustainability and
Better Living Section, 256 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays and at the offices of the Department of
Planning, Government Service Office, 11 Farrer Place Queanbeyan and 23-33 Bridge Street Sydney NSW during normal business hours.
Persons inspecting these documents may make extracts from or copies thereof, and copies of the EIS can be purchased for $25.00.
Any person may make written submissions to the consent authority concerning the development application during the submission
period, which commences on the 12 January 2016 and ends at 4:30pm on the 12 February 2016. Where a submission is made by way of
objection, the grounds of objection are required to be specified in the submission.
Any person who objects in writing to the development and who is dissatisfied with the determination of the consent authority to
grant development consent may appeal to the NSW Land and Environment Court. If a Commission of Inquiry is held, the Minister s
determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.
