Queanbeyan City Council initially
requested an interactive street

motion was passed at Wednesday s
council meeting to allow the use of
opaque window coverings on the new
store. The coverings will feature

Councillors passed the motion to
ensure stock would be protected from
sunlight and to reduce the security risk
of having liquor visible from the street.
Construction of the 1400-square-
metre store started late last year.
